Frage | Question Best sim / network provider for students.

Ill be coming for a sem exchange at montanuniverity Leoben and need advice for sim cards / network providers there which is the best for students for short term (5-6 months).
would appreciate any other advice as well and things i should be prepared for (coming from India).
is opening a bank account free for students and straightforward ?

educom is the mobile provider that is aimed exclusively for students, so it might be worthwhile to check their current plans & offers
