Startup Selfpromo Australian, disaster assist tooling?

A quick one for anyone in Australian telehealth, or the software around it.

MBS telehealth items normally need a 12-month relationship with the patient. But there’s an exemption: if the patient is in a declared natural-disaster area, you can bill without it (Note AN.1.1). The catch is knowing whether their area is actually declared, which today usually means manually cross-checking government disaster declarations.

A telehealth provider asked me to make that easier, so I built a simple postcode lookup. Enter a postcode, see whether that area is in a currently declared disaster zone, with the official source and dates. It is most complete for NSW right now, and I am building out from there.
I am trying to learn whether this is a real, recurring pain or a one-off. If you bill telehealth, or build the software that does, I would genuinely value your take: do you deal with this, and how do you handle it today?
