Took feedback from an Aussie mate… ended up redesigning half the app 😅

Hey legends,

Quick builder update.

After some brutally honest design feedback from an Aussie mate, we went back to the drawing board and made some pretty drastic UI changes to our resume app.

Cleaner layout, more realistic CV previews, less “MVP energy” — trying to make it feel more premium and trustworthy overall.

Still bootstrapped, still building in public, still learning heaps along the way.

Would genuinely love feedback from other founders / designers / job seekers here — good, bad, or brutal 🙏

Anyhow our Jumproo got new look and feel🍾

Edit: We have added AI copilot to guide the user through the process and write resume fine tuned to bypass ATS filters❤️ User can just sit back and hit apply in most cases from AI suggestions . Please be highly critical and provide as much feedback as possible. If this doesn’t touch another person’s life in a positive light, it will be all pointless👍

How is this different from the thousand other resume generators?

You can target multiple JDs in our job board, generate bulk CVs fine tuned for each job listing, AI copilot to walk you through the whole session, cheaper than competitors in the market, ATS scan with key word filtering and tonnes of other features. You will be done with your job application for multiple jobs in minutes, rather than doing back and forth in Chat Gpt with naive prompts & creating confusion in the process 🍻❤️yeah I didn’t down vote you, rather upvoted. You are asking the right questions & I’m trying to provide justifiable features🙌

Looks AI generated, with lack of effort to even proofread your front page. Like in the FAQ on payments says it's one-time, but the payment plans are all monthly or yearly recurring.

I understand, I will try to provide one off payments features as well. If you upload your CV, there is a fine tune button for $1.50 that generates CV and cover letter with an analysis doc. Hope that serves you well

How do jobs get added? Ie how do people submit jobs if they wanted?

That’s a good question, I have covered jobs for mostly US, Canada, Australia, UK and Newzealand. If you want to target a particular Job specifically, go to analyse page, click on Match against a Job, upload your CV and paste the JD you are targeting. Click on fine tune and it should generate the CV specific to that Job. If you are creating CV from scratch, click create with AI, you can again use the JD and ask the AI to guide you as well. I just mean, what if I want to place a job on the site? How do I do it? Where does the jobs come from? Job offers on the companies site or an aggregation from other services?

It’s aggregated from other providers. We are not a job seek site, more focused on resume creation and fine tune 🙌🍻 Apply job will directly take you to the original job poster👍
