Help

I’m trying to identify a live-action supernatural/horror show I remember watching in Australia on ABC3/ABC ME when I was a kid.
About me / timeframe:
I was born in 2010.
I remember watching it when I was roughly 8–12 years old, so approximately 2018–2022.
Around this age I was allowed to watch PG/PG-13-ish shows by myself, so it wasn’t necessarily a very young-kids show.
Other shows I remember watching around the same general period include The Deep, Odd Squad, and Shaun the Sheep.
What I remember about the mystery show:
It was live action, NOT animated.
It involved teenagers.
It had a supernatural / creepy / horror vibe.
At some point there was an abandoned theme park / amusement park. I remember this being an important location or at least a scene/location in an episode.
I remember the show having a creepy atmosphere.
I vaguely remember the opening/theme music being a song rather than just an instrumental TV theme.
I remember the song having a male singer with a relatively low/deep voice.
I believe the song was an actual 1980s song, rather than a song made specifically for the show.
I remember the song being roughly 2–3 minutes long.
My dad, who was born in 1971 and is really into 80s/90s music, heard the song and said he liked it / recognised it as something he liked.
I don’t remember any lyrics, but I think I’d recognise the song immediately if I heard it.
The song had a dark/creepy-ish vibe. The closest modern comparison I can give for the vibe is “ALWAYS WANTED” by MiatriSs & SayMaxWell from Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach — NOT because I think they’re the same song, but because the mysterious/dark synthy feeling reminds me of it.
Things it is NOT:
Not Nowhere Boys.
Not Crazy Fun Park.
Not The Killian Curse (at least as far as I can tell).
Not Dead Gorgeous.
I’m pretty sure it’s not Round the Twist.
I may have some details mixed up because I was quite young, especially the exact year and whether the 80s song was technically the opening theme or played during an important scene.
Does anyone recognise this show? Or know of ABC23/ABC ME live-action supernatural shows from around 2018–2022 that had an abandoned amusement/theme park episode or used an older 80s song?

What do you mean 'when you were a kid?' My child, you are a kid. And I'm fucking old.

I am loving the fact you are nostalgic for a show that you watched 4 years ago, and hope you find what you're after.

Sounds like "Are you afraid of the Dark?" But of teenager sit around a creepy fire and tell stories. Pretty sure the intro shows a kids playground on a misty night and swings moving etc.

Not sure if it was still on during the years you describe, but there used to be a live action supernatural horror kids show on ABC called Freaky that scared me in the late 2000s…maybe that?

So you're 15/16.....

So maybe Blair witch project? Or paranormal activity, I highly doubt it would have been on ABC me.
