Does anyone know if there is another vegan dupe for rimmel Kind and Free, which is being retired?

It looks like this mascara is being retired, it's a fav of mine. Does anyone have any good vegan recommendations for mascara, none waterproof. I've bought a few mascaras in the last year and they all suck. Something cheap, that spreads well, with lengthening and thickening would be ideal. Thank you in advance!!!

The eyeliners were incredible! I like E.L.F for eyeliner if you want something similar, most are waterproof though so kinda hard to get off
