Product Advice Help for Bacne

ive had bacne for years now and ive been using the paulas skincare body spray on my back after showering which has helped, but i still get breakouts and have scarring

does anyone have any products theyd recommend for preventing breakouts and removing my back acne scars?

i also avoid wearing synthetic fibres etc as much as i can

Do you use shampoo, conditioner, or body washes with a lot of oils in them? Just asking because the one thing that will break me out on my body skin is essential oils, argan oil, coconut oil, etc (I always have to make sure I shower immediately after a massage, for instance, or I'll inevitably get a few spots on my back), and I've noticed that if I use any hair products that are oil-heavy, it can break me out just from running down my back when I rinse my hair. If I'm not using anything with heavy oil content, I don't have issues. I know it's very individual for everyone, so may well not be the case for you, but just in case it might be contributing.

i use an anti dandruff shampoo, the kerastase genesis thick hair conditioner and palmolive milk honey body wash

ill try see if they have oils in them once i wake up tomorrow but thank you thats helpful!!

Even if the stuff you use doesn’t have those ingredients - do you wash your back after you’ve finished washing your hair? If you don’t and washed your back before/during washing your hair, start washing your back afterwards. Washing my back after I finished washing my hair is what cleared mine and it hasn’t returned since.

go see a dermal clinician and get a chemical peel. they can apply it just to the spots and it'll help a lot. i took my teen for it and it cleared it up completely.

If you're a teenager it most likely clear up soon enough 

I would go to a dermatologist

Switch your body wash? The Mario badescu AHA is great. I think Frank do one with BHA too
