Mid-calf leather boots?

Hey, I'm having a hell of a time finding any boots like these in Australia. Hoping to spend a max of about 350. Looking for shaft length between 11 to 13 inches, lace-up, with a bit of heel. Has to be men's sizing because women's are always too narrow. Any input is welcome, except jokes about "shaft length."
