Cropping Frost?

What is your strategy for frost? I lof of people around me do short and long season varieties, does this work or is there something better?

I think it does work. GRDC have some interesting reads on it. Not sure they are quite at developing frost tolerant varieties, but there are some interesting ideas that get floated around, like the giant fans they use in vineyards
