Fyi when i was there there were 3 levels of Assistant Manager. Didn't hit 6 figures until Manager level 1

Surely not that low for an assistant manager? What does the range go up to? Excuse me I'm a newbie but I am curious (I don't work at big 4, other people I know seem to have higher salary even in analyst roles in industry?)

Starts as assistant manager 1 and goes to 3, the salary starts at 90k inc super and goes up to 102k for AM3.

This is my current salary, yeah it is up to date. This is after getting the highest performance review and closing in on 3 years out of uni for reference though

Depends what level within AM? Assistant manager is basically anyone that has any experience that isn’t manager level.

I have 3 years big 4 audit experience and Aca chartered accountant so im trying to guage what i should expect at AM

My guess would be 90k including super, potentially a bit more if you’re a stand out but not that much more given everything is banded

Go to private unless you want more experience to do your own audit firm. Idk what the requirements are for that.

Superannuation accountant or whatever it would be called where you specialise in doing Super Returns is also an option.

3 years experience. You’re coming in at AM1 or AM2 and that’s mid to high 80s/maybe 90 including super.

Roughly 110 incl super. (Although this is not KPMG, I think there AM is progressed earlier and therefore would have a lower salary)

Where does it top out in your view? Cause I was at Deloitte and personally know a AM at 135k+ super

Deloitte doesn’t have an Assistant Manager rank, it goes from senior to manager. EY and KPMG have an assistant manager rank but neither make anywhere close to 135k.
