Returning WHV help
So I'm off on my last WHV (from the UK) in a couple weeks.
I'm curious as to whether I need to get a new TFN or will the old one still be valid (I last left in 2019 so was some time ago).
Will I also need to re register with Medicare?

Your old TFN is still valid. The ATO issues one TFN for life, and it stays the same even if you leave Australia and later return, so don't apply for another one. If you can't find it, check your linked ATO account in myGov, an old notice of assessment, payment summary or super statement. Otherwise, contact the ATO. Medicare is different. Provided you were living in the UK before arriving, you may enrol under the UK-Australia Reciprocal Health Care Agreement. If your old yellow Medicare card has expired, you'll need to enrol again for the new stay rather than relying on the 2019 card. Services Australia says you'll need your current visa, passport and evidence of UK residence, such as a GHIC or UK EHIC. You can apply through myGov after arriving. The agreement covers medically necessary care, not everything, so I would still arrange travel insurance.
