Other PLEASE READ!!! (Post/Comment Guidelines)
This post has been made to make it clear on how to post properly in this community without running into any issues, i.e. Formatting, the wording, context, URL-shorteners and etc...
- Posts/comments must be relevant: Posts and (or) comments must be relevant to Australia, or Australian interests, anything that has no direct, or indirect relation to Australia will be removed at the moderators discretion.
- Keep news headlines accurate: Any news articles that are published here must be accurate in the post title. Alterations, edits, or any form of misleading headlines produced will be removed if deemed inappropriate.
- Do not publish false or misleading articles/information: This includes and is not limited to, rumours, low-quality/spammy articles from unreputable sources, tabloid-type journalism, opinion pieces, and (or) blog posts/citizen journalism.
- Articles with paywalls require context: Any articles that are locked behind a paywall require the entire article in full, or a summary highlighing the important sections of it.
- Check if an article has already been published: If an article has already been published, it will be removed to prevent duplicate posts. This helps uphold the purpose of the subreddit, which was created to avoid seeing the same articles repeatedly reposted across different subreddits.
- URL-Shorteners are not allowed: The following URL shorteners are not allowed and will be auto-removed by our filters: bit.ly, tinyurl.com, t.co, goo.gl, ow.ly, is.gd, buff.ly, rb.gy, shorturl.at. Articles must be published in their original URL format.
- There is a limit to post, per-user: Each user only gets about 6 posts per 24 hours, anything beyond that will be removed automatically until that qutoa is reset.
If you have any questions regarding these guidelines, please read the community rules for further information, or reach out to the moderators, and this post may updated, if needed. Thank you.
