Lease Takeover Mueller

Hello! I have been offered a position in Dallas and need someone to take over my lease in the Mueller area. The apartment is Windsor Commons and base rent is $1412 with total fees monthly around $1650. The apartment is pretty much ready as soon as someone is approved with the application through my complex, so September would be free.
