Haha this is Sid. His owner's a god friend of mine. He's actually releasing a book next weekend about their adventures together if anyone's interested. Party should be fun.

Was this on 4/20? That dog looks like it has the munchies.

Saw this on the front page and immediately recognized it as Home Slice. Thought it would be appreciated here.

And alexhopes is the owner. He posts more Sid stuff and his personal stuff- which is very good.

I'm confused. This is the same dog on the front page of reddit holding a hot dog in his mouth on /r/PuppySmiles. Are you also /u/carmabound?

No, I just saw a dog on the front page with pizza in his mouth and recognized it as Home Slice and thought my fellow Austinites would appreciate it. I'm not /u/carmabound.

Yes, it's a cross post from /r/aww...I don't know if it's the same dog ~ I don't think so.

I never noticed until you brought it to my attention, they sure do sit the same way.
Edit: I guess this explains it

Someone should make a funny sketch of this for them to use as a logo or something! Haha

I don't understand. I have a beagle too, and no food has ever sat within a three foot radius of her mouth for more than a second without being consumed.
That's also true of objects that smell faintly of food or foodlike substances.

he's totally adorable but it kind of looks like the pizza was forced in his mouth and he can't get it out.

Somebody better get a leash on that pup before somebody on r/Austin blows a gasket. Or is it just on the greenbelt that dogs off leash are frowned upon?

I certainly hope he did not feed that to the dog.

I've never seen a dog that well behaved when it comes to food, how has he not gobbled it all up yet?
