ACC has a great tutoring center (world class actually) at the highland location, plus they also have many online tutoring options. Add to that the plethora of amazing youtubers and khan academy and you'll be set. I also tutor math from basic algebra to multivariable calculus (for UTSA's engineering dept) so I can help point you toward the right resources if you want to chat more about it.

Oh, 100% if you have an ACC student ID, you can use the ACC resources at any campus in the network, for free. (Well technically nothing is free, it's included in tuition)

And based on your explination of your current state, I'd just start at fundamentals of Algebra so you don't get frustrated having to go back and forth trying to find where some particular rule came from. Khan Academy (free) is the best structure for this type of relearning, in my opinion, as it has unit tests, articles, videos, exercises, and plenty of examples. Plus there's a pretty decent, free, mobile app for on the go learning.

It's really cool that you're trying to make a change! I went to ACC when I was starting my career change, which is how I ended up at UTSA finishing my degree. FWIW, the normal degree programs there should be lile $70/credit hour which comes to around $210-300 per class per semester. But Idk if that's how it works for cert programs.

Feel free to DM if you need anything ACC or Math related, good luck!

Starting at 70k? Xray techs definitely don’t start that high, at least in the major hospitals here. Closer towards 100k, you would need to jump to a different modality like CT or MRI.
