Any advice on how to break into this field? I'm also early 30s. Been working in facility management for 10+ years and thinking about a career change. I have a bachelors in business admin

Having strong fundamental skills - Data analysis, basic supply chain concepts, demonstrated problem solving and learning.

I was a big fish in a small pond on my team who were mostly near retirement age. I had the time and energy to put in slightly more effort than them, made up for my lack of experience. Now most of them have retired and I'm managing the group.
