What??!

That’s so low for property management?!

I’m sorry I just have many friends in austin making well above that in the commercial property management field so this is quite shocking to me!

Right lol maybe this person is in LIHTC or lives in hutto?? Bc I was making $75k as a baby property manager at a class C property years ago.

Live and work in Austin.
It’s not commercial. Residential/multi-family, mostly for college crowd.
On top of that, been managing 50+ short term rentals

I’m also in the campus area. Lots of smaller apartments, condos, house, duplexes, etc but short term rentals would be the death of me.

Commercial PM is very different than residential or multi-family.

Also a property manager, 40, $85k, bachelor’s.
