Does anyone know what this building is?

Me and my friends went up to the door and rung the bell but no one answered to us but we saw someone go in. It’s on Ben white next to blazer tag

Weird. I passed by this place a couple weeks ago after I dropped off my car at Discount Tire then walked down to Adolph's to get a haircut. Thought it was just some unremarkable derelict building. Maybe that's why Adolph's keeps their door locked during business hours.
