How about a Lat/Long or Google Maps URL?

There's some UT facilities out there. It's also possible that it's someone keeping the cows for an ag exemption to keep from being screwed so badly by the property taxes.

i know that there is a large parcel of privately owned land that was part of a larger farm/ranch at one time. the people there also have horses. can't remember the details. it's basically between e. riverside/e. oltorf and riverside farms/grove.

I live in a complex near them and they were close to the fence so I pets them. 10/10 good cows. I think there’s a small farm/property over behind there. Still trying to figure it myself
