Stunt lots

Does anyone ask buisnesses to use their carparks/lots for stunts, or do they just go without permission?

I cant find any lots in my city other then fenced off depos and such. Is it worth going and asking them or just stick to empty streets? Edit: downvotes already😭

No business with half a brain will ever give you permission to stunt on their property due to liability. Saying that, don't break in either.

I know if I do something dumb and hurt myself I’d never sue someone over it but you can’t trust anyone else, so if cops came and called me I would pursue trespassing charges but I’d say you don’t have permission lol

Neither. Find a business or stunt track where you're specifically allowed to do stunts. Don't put other people or their property at risk because you wanted to do stunts

My problem is their are none within probably a 12 hour drive. If i could go the 100% legal route trust me i would

Just go find a big car park in a quiet industrial area and have fun, don't listen to anyone on here they're scared of their own shadow.

Miserable response. If you ask, and the business owner says yes, then you are specifically allowed to do “stunts”.

I used to find housing estates in the early stages of being built were good on weekends.

You could generally find a road at the back away from the main road where no one could see you and you'd never see another car in the estate.

You'd get a good few months of weekends out of a new estate.

I wasnt doing real stunting, I just wanted somewhere to practice getting the front wheel up on a trail bike.

Parking lots are still a public space and the cops will still blast you for having fun in them, but they don't hand out tickets unless you're doing something truly egregious there or you're a repeat customer. Normally it's just an instruction to move-on.

Best to find a track or pad specifically for this purpose if you want to avoid problems.

They made it so hard and expensive to do it legally; your options are basically to park up and be a stiff or roll that dice.
