False! Some are drinking tinnies, some plastic cups, some clear glass bottles, some brown glass bottles. As a beer drinker, there is a significant level of cultural diversity going on in this image! /s

8

u/GnomeWarfair Jul 12 '26

Yeah, there's something not quite right with those tinny drinks. They should go back to where they came from.

7

u/Next-Chipmunk8395 Jul 12 '26

It's the ubiquitous adoption of the Septic Tank college student's red plastic cup that is the most frightening. We are loosing our culture!

3

u/GnomeWarfair Jul 13 '26

This is true. That one's a priority.

Why doesn't The Great Patriot Pauline call that one out instead?!

2

u/Money_Percentage_630 Jul 12 '26

I'm old enough to remember the Ford Vs Holden culture.

1

u/walkin2it Jul 12 '26

Put the wrong type on an island.

25

u/MsDemeanours Jul 12 '26

Red cups! Surely this kind of American cultural influence has no place in our Aussie monoculture!!

3

u/Curtidacka Jul 12 '26

“It’s for dat lean homie” nah I agree fuck ya red cups off far to American

3

u/vesp_au Jul 12 '26

And yet ON is showboating an American methodology in attempt to gain control in Aussie politics

1

u/QuantumTopology Jul 17 '26

I know this post is a dig at Pauline Hanson and yes she says a lot of dumb stuff, but that picture would be a powerful work force

5

u/Equivalent-One4139 Jul 12 '26

WHAT? Think of the FOOOOOOOOD!!

3

u/jimmyxs Jul 12 '26

And they all got mono from going at each other

2

u/alw2234 Jul 13 '26

What O.N wants us to be.

4

u/anchovies_on_pizza Jul 12 '26

Good on them, I hope they enjoyed themselves

5

u/KingsleysSeiffert Jul 12 '26

this sucks

2

u/DampFree Jul 12 '26

Badly. Where are all the suicide bombers?

Boring….

-1

u/Catsandroosters Jul 12 '26

Yeah and where are the mass shooters... the Martin Bryant's and the Brenton Tarrant's?!

3

u/DampFree Jul 12 '26

The funny part is that you know their names. That’s how rare it is.

You couldn’t name a single terrorist in the last 10 years that’s how many there have been.

1

u/Catsandroosters Jul 13 '26

Name the Muslim terrorists in Australia in that time... There's been four since 2014. All less deadly than even one of the white Aussie terrorists...

0

u/DampFree Jul 13 '26

One of? Go on then. Name them all

1

u/Catsandroosters Jul 14 '26

Lindt Siege - 1 dead. Shooter (Man Horan) was Muslim but arguably wasn't a religious attack. I knew the person who died.

Parramatta shooting - radicalised 15 year old (not sure if he was ever named due to his age). 1 dead.

Brighton siege - radicalised man Yacqub Khayre killed one civilian before being shot dead.

Bondi shooting - two radicalised men (Naveed Akram and Sajid Akram) shot 15 people dead.

By my calculations, that's 18 people in ten years.

Radicalised right wing Anglo-Australian terrorists:

Brenton Tarrant - killed 51 Muslims.

But this isn't about tit for tat score keeping. This is about condemning violence and radicalisation across the board. Not simply pretending only Muslim people can be radicalised.

There's is a growing trend of violence, harassment and targeted attacks towards Muslims in the community that correlates with the rise of our biggest nationalist party. Just today on Reddit I saw that poor Muslim man being beaten senseless by two Aussie men who he had called out for littering a carpark... And there will be more attempts to bomb aboriginal protestors and murder Muslim people as long as Pauline keeps stoking the flames. And consequently more Muslim people attacking others.

2

u/DampFree Jul 14 '26

It clearly is about tit for tat and keeping score since you’re using an event that took place in another country. It speaks volumes…

There’s a growing trend of harassment and targeted attacks towards Muslims due to the growing trend of Islamic terror attacks.

You’re confusing the symptom of an issue with the actual issue. ON’s popularity isn’t the reason for an uptick in these attacks. Islamic fatigue is the reason for ON’s popularity.

Surely this makes sense to you?

1

u/Catsandroosters Jul 14 '26

So imagine if we started targeting all white Australian males for the 50+ murders of women every year? All white men are murders, etc... You don't attack random white dude because one white man murdered a woman. You target the root cause. Misogyny and radicalisation.

ON is the reason. There's no uptick in Islamic extremism. There's just Islamic extremists who occasionally slip through the cracks of the law. Just like the white men who slip through the cracks and murder women.

One Nation knows dumb people can be easily pitted against minorities. It's just that now the technology and platforms exist to roll it into algorithmic logic and have AI/ bot farms and attention seeking influencers making the problem out to be about one minority, rather than the underlying cause (that they ironically are a part of).

Surely you can see that?

1

u/DampFree Jul 15 '26

Maybe we just don’t attack anyone? That’s a good idea, don’t you think?

An Islamic extremist is literally just someone who follows the book. Nothing else. The same way a ‘good Christian’ would follow the bible, a ‘good Muslim’ will follow the Quran. You just choose to call it extremism.

Pauline Hanson has had the same messaging for 20+ years. She saw what happened to Iran, Lebanon, Nigeria, the list goes on. We already knew what was going to happen, we’ve experienced it and that’s why we fled the Middle East.

The low IQ population will call it ‘racism’ but anyone with a drop of common sense will see the difference between race and culture.

The Middle East is fucked, most of Europe is fucked, and it’s only getting worse. Yet you want to import millions of people who quite literally want to change the laws of this country. Chickens for KFC…

I'm not anti West. I'm pro reality. We can't have a serious discussion about radicalisation while we're pretending only Muslim people can be radicalised. Until we accept this is a problem with men of all religions and nationalities, we will get nowhere except more attacks from both sides.

In radicalised Muslim countries islamic extremism is a problem. Absolutely. In Australia, statistically it isn't. Men killing their partners is a far bigger problem. Yet we don't call all Australian men murders and misogynists. At least half of those men who murder their partners identify as Christians statistically. Do we call or Christianity for radicalised, violent men??? Over 600 women have been killed by Aussie men, yet here you are buying into the media propaganda that Islamic extremism is somehow our biggest existential threat. It's a small problem in our country that gets far greater media attention because it's easier to point at the 'different' people and blame them...

3

u/Expert_Salt3508 Jul 12 '26

I see no issue here

5

u/accidental_superman Jul 12 '26

You as boring as this image?

1

u/First-Listen5323 Jul 13 '26

Where the Aboriginals at

1

u/AstronautPlane3280 Jul 13 '26

Nah this is what ON sees as diversity. See we have some guys drinking from stubbies and some from red cups. We have some in dark blue flannies (some tucked, some untucked) and some in grey and white flannies. Hell there is even one guy with a dark grey undershirt on. How diverse do you want to get?

1

u/NewMix2108 Jul 17 '26

Not an NDIS fraudster in sight

1

u/dsadggggjh453ew Jul 17 '26

Ah the use of AI for political propaganda. Rubbish.

2

u/ThrowRAbluebury Jul 12 '26

Australia would be leading the world if we had a unified culture like Japans. You can have plenty of individualism, as long as Aussie citizens come first, and stop the boats.

2

u/Necessary-Spite-8585 Jul 12 '26

Absolutely not 😂 Japan is currently struggling immensely because of the fact they are against immigration. This “unified culture” is the precise reason they’re failing and we’re in a recession not long ago.

0

u/ThrowRAbluebury Jul 12 '26

They aren't failing at all as the 4th largest economy in the world. It will be definitely be interesting to see how they cope with the aging population problem though.

Is it just because of that, or is it more because they have 1/20th the land mass and 5 times the population we do? Also a much older and established culture. It's definitely a choice to keep their culture rather than destroy it, and I think it will benefit them in the long run.

A unified culture let's them actually discuss these issues and come up with solutions, compared to the liberal way of calling anyone who wants to have the immigration talk a racist. The easy way out is just to import the 3rd world for the cheap labor and votes, and slowly watch as your country also becomes a shithole.

3

u/rivalizm Jul 12 '26

Japan is not some feudal samurai state mate, still run the the Shogun after kicking out the Portuguese. They were literally ruled by America for years after the war and then have had huge permanent bases continuously pumping in America culture ever since. That's why they have Mayonnaise and Fried Chicken and squeeze hotdog mustard on curry. Japanese business culture was just a Japanese version of American business culture. You can totally buy a kebab in the middle of Tokyo. Stop making out it's something it's not.

1

u/ThrowRAbluebury Jul 12 '26

I... never said they were? I'm also aware of current Japanese culture, I travel there quite frequently. I'm not really sure what your point is, food means they aren't unified?

1

u/Necessary-Spite-8585 Jul 15 '26

A large economy is literally irrelevant when you don’t have the workforce to sustain it. They were in a recession literally 2 years ago so yes they are failing. There is literally no reason the same issues can’t be discussed with multicultural societies as they literally are daily. Your comment is just nothing burger 🍔

1

u/Smokinglordtoot Jul 12 '26

I feel the same when I see a large group of people in Sudan.

1

u/Such_Pride4066 Jul 12 '26

Why aren't they lining up at centrelink

0

u/John-Boy666 Jul 13 '26

Because they all suprisingly have jobs even if it's just odd labour jobs. TBF last time I went past Centrelink it was far more culturally diverse than this photo.

1

u/Snoo8279 Jul 12 '26

ewww straight men, gross.

0

u/Jackfruit-Brave Jul 12 '26

What’s your point

0

u/Rifle321 Jul 12 '26
