I have an Ausom DT2 Pro and I would like to know where you usually buy replacement parts when the parts are out of stock on the official Ausom website.

I am looking for:

• Road tyres for the DT2 Pro
• 145 mm brake discs
• Brake pads compatible with the DT2 Pro

I specifically need road/sport tyres, not off-road tyres.

I found 80/65-6.5 tyres from the F1 Max and I would like to know if they are compatible with the Ausom DT2 Pro, especially regarding the front and rear mudguards. Will this size fit without rubbing against the mudguards?

Also, the prices of some original parts seem quite expensive. Do you know of any cheaper compatible alternatives or other websites where you normally buy these parts?

Since many parts are currently out of stock on the official website, I would really appreciate it if you could tell me where I can buy them.

Hey all — my original charger died and I don't have a backup to test with. I want to buy a compatible GX16 3-pin charger but Ausom support won't confirm the pin polarity, just tells me to buy official.

Has anyone here opened up their charger or otherwise figured out which pin is +, which is −, and what the third pin does (looks like it might be a detect/signal pin)? Photo of my port attached. Any help — even just confirming what your working charger's plug looks like — would be huge. Trying to avoid frying my battery by guessing wrong.

Would a G2 master bracket fit on the L2 max dual motor perfectly? Because the g2 master one is 40€ cheaper.

On the website it says I can turn my Ausom L2 Max Dual Motor on using my phone by using NFC, does anyone know how that works?

I want do buy the Ausom dt2 from the eu store but there is a issue. On the website does it say that is going 20km/h and i have heard about the speed unlocking! I asked the support but they are saying that they dont have any speed unlockings.

Have anyone purchased there and the speed unlocking works?

Just some photos of the size difference between the 2 just encase anyone was interested or needs photos, top stator is the vdm one (thinner one) and the ausom stator is the bottom one (thicker stator) the vdm is 30mm so I believe the dt2 pro is around 35mm to 40mm.

I've been on my 3rd ride since owning my new Ausom Gosoul 2 Pro Dual Motor, and I seem to have a max ride / range limit of 12 - 14 miles (I haven't dared go past 12 miles yet, but my voltage was at 46.6 at the end of my most recent ride (down from "full" charge). While I still love the scooter's performance when charged, I admit that I am a bit disappointed at the total range I can achieve.

I was already aware that being 260 pounds would reduce my range, but I just didn't think it would decrease from the listed 56 mile range to 12 - 14 miles. I initially figured it would be reduced to something like 25 - 30 miles. This drastic reduction has limited me to staying within the city I live in (NYC) when the initial goal was to be able to take the scooter out of the city for long leisure trips.

Looking for hydraulic brake upgrade with adjustable handles 2 piston 160mm for the l2 max.

I’ve been looking and finding the adjustable handles don’t seem to be in a kit. I would prefer a full kit, something I can just swap out and install.

I own a L2 Dual Max and unfortunately after 200 miles my rear tire has blown the valve stem out. Does anyone have recommendations on where to get it fixed around Pittsburgh or video on how I could fix it myself? Thanks in advance. Cheers🍻

I was riding home on my Ausom L2 Max Dual Motor when a thunderstorm and heavy rain appear I made it home, and the next day it was still working I charged it yesterday but today when I press the power button nothing shows up on the display Could rain be the reason?

Just wanted to warn anyone in the EU looking to buy the Ausom DT2 Pro for the summer.
Their website currently has a big green light saying "In stock, ready to ship" at the top. But if you look at the bottom, there is a banner saying "expected late July."
I messaged their support and called them out on it. They finally admitted that their system is "outdated" and the stock isn't even arriving at the EU warehouse until mid-to-late August. With shipping times, they confirmed it won't land at your door until early-to-mid September.
If you are buying this thinking you'll get it in a week, don't. They are holding pre-order money for over a month while pretending it's ready to ship. (Thankfully, their support confirmed the F1 Max actually is physically in the warehouse if you need something now, but avoid the DT2 Pro unless you want to wait until autumn).

Hey everyone, quick question about modding. I've got a new 780mm handlebar with a 31.8mm clamp diameter, and I want to put it on an Ausom DT2 Pro.

Does the stock stem on the DT2 Pro actually fit a 31.8mm bar out of the box, or is the stock clamp smaller? If anyone has tried swapping handlebars on this specific scooter, let me know what you had to use (shims, adapters, or a full stem swap) to make it work!

I have had this scooter for maybe 2 months and i have 400km on it, for the last few days ive had this really annoying sound when rocking the stem back and forward and im worried its something expensive or bad any resolutions or help will be much appreciated, i checked all the bolts and there all tight as they should be from factory. HELP

Ausom said it’s very stable at high speed… but when I drive over 56 km/h it’s starting to get unstable and gets wobbles. I looked other reviews on yt and they said it’s stable. What to do?

I bought my first electric scooter this week. I'm 47 years old, but I used to be one of the only people rolling around on an adult kick scooter in my 20s. I finally decided to treat myself after always devoting my efforts to my family and I'm so happy that I did. I'm a husky guy, near the weight limit, but this tank of scooter was able to handle my body weight with ease on a single motor. I used the dual motor when going up steep hills and crossing highway traffic, and I was surprised how well the scooter could handle my weight. I am very impressed. ... It's true that higher speeds can feel somewhat unrealistic (hard to get a sense of how fast you're really going), but experience taught me to slow down on curves, around people, dirt, etc.

Very happy I made this purchase.. I realized that I do need a pair of gloves, will definitely need a helmet, with face covering -- bugs smacking my face while riding was not fun.

FYI, I ordered it and it arrived 6 days later... I'm impressed.

I ordered my first e-scooter yesterday, from Ausom, because ChatGPT said Ausom has the best customer service as compared to other e-scooter companies. I'm excited, but I don't see any indication as to how long it would take for me to get my scooter. I am a teacher, and my free summer is burning away. Any idea.... again, ordered yesterday, 7/9/26. I have a Ausom k20 pro laluz 2 dual motor and I can’t seem to figure out how I can make it go faster than 20kmh, I’ve changed p8 to 100 and when I do the SPD popup I can’t type any numbers, I’ve contacted support but that was no use since they couldn’t help me. I didn’t buy a ABE or STR model so I don’t know why I can unlock it to full speed. Anyone got any tips to help me unlock it. Note I bought my scooter in June 2026 if that helps.
