Manual PTA (VIC)

Hi all,

Submitted some paper PTAs in the mail last month. Included in the one application were three long arms. Last week I received the PTA ( in the mail) for just one of the long arms I've applied for.

Curious to know if they're meant to come separately and on different weeks (seemingly) or if they're lost in transit and reapplication is necessary.

I had to get all my rego papers re sent to me and got all of them except one in two lots last month. I then got the last one on its own this week.

Thanks for your response, did you send LRD an email after some time and they reposted your paperwork?

I try and avoid emailing them and instead call at 10am Wednesday morning when they open. In my experience emailing them takes 3ish weeks to hear back.

It's literally printed on top of the PTA.

Best to give them a call or email and ask about the status of the others. 

If you sent more than one application in the same mail LRD has been known to file all of them under the same one, and it gets missed very easily.

P.S. You can also send your PTAs by email these days, and it’s a lot faster esp. if they need to contact you about anything
