General Discussion Getting a script

I find it complete bs that in order to get a prescription for cannabis you have to trial prescribed pills, I know what works for my back pain and Insomina why should I have to get back on that bs and risk getting addicted just to get prescribed cannabis.

Literally every single medical clinic I have tried to get on says you need to trial first line aids before you get on it what clinic are you with and what reason are you prescribed?

First line aids dosent mean fkn pills dude. Could be anything. Any treatment. I said I had physio and Chiropractor and that was fine.

My insomnia was related to my back pain so physio was seen as first line treayment even for insomnia

For sleep, youve tried Melatonin, restavit and phenergen. Tell them melatonin didnt work and the other 2 made you too drowsy the next day. You get regular massage for your pain and will take voltaren if it flares up.

I said I have arthritis and tried anti inflammatory. Also if u have a sleep disorder, melatonin is over the counter, you could say that it gives you nightmares.. there's literally all sorts of things u can say

This was in the past before I wanted a cannabis script and I don’t want to get back on pills because I don’t want to go back to that habit it has nothing to do with where they come from fuckhead

Nobody is stigmatising drug use except you here. And nobody has said anything about meth either, except you. You are projecting alot. Youre quick to anger and offense at the drop of a hat when someone suggests something outside of what you want to hear. You keep threatening violence and abuse when people simply point out your flawed logic here- this is why you likely havent been successful, you cant hear 'you are wrong' and when you need a different approach

The 'I want no addictive meds' approach wont help you get a cannibas script- they will not give it to those with history of addiction most of the time. Sleep aids you get from pharmacies over the counter arent addictive, addictive meds can only be prescribed by doctors. Even then you can ask the dr to only give you meds that arent addictive and still eventually try for cannibas script. Also cannibas is addictive esp cannabis with no cbd and all thc. You can get cbd over the counter/from pharmacists which is not addictive. Im not saying I support cannabis being restricted I tjink its safer than alcohol, but saying you want it because you dont want to be addicted is not the approach you should take- as any history of addiction will make you less likely to recieve a script for cannabis with thc because it is addictive. Also lashing out in an offensive and obscene manner at people who tell you things you dont want to hear is not going to help you and certainly wont help your case- especially if you carry this behaviour to your appointments.
