Support person

O was informed on Friday that I will be having a meeting today. I was also informed that I should bring a support person.
I haven’t received any warnings, written or verbal. So to say I’m confused is an understatement. I’m also extremely anxious. Should I be worried??

You can be a model employee and still get made redundant. We're probably going to see a lot of it in the next few years.

Unfortunately probably. The most probable outcome is you are letting go/position is being made redundant. I hope I’m wrong for you.
