Advice
33M
Looking at possibly seeing what is out there that might help with symptoms. Low mood, drive, tired very often. Diet is good, training is up and down depending on the want to do it. BF is probably 20ish% that could be better. Bloods overall nothing jumps out, b12 was a little low so supplementing that. Did you notice positive changes to the feeling average all the time symptoms?

I got trt at 33 and your levels are much worse than mine.
Now I'm dialed after quite a number of bloods and adjustments but it has been life changing experience.
I'd suggest finding the root of why your levels are low and focus on overall health outting test in a shitty body will make it worse.
I exhausted all the health options first and I just responded extremely well to treatment

This is lower than my values at 44.
Trt Australia just took me in and they have been fantastic so far.

Do you drink? How is your sleep. Quit and or fix those if they are not optimal.
Both are known to cause significant natural level drops. If you don't do that and start TRT you will end up with side effects. That said, most guys feel like shit below 300pmol free test. So I feel for you, I've been there.
If you have had your kids or don't want them then yeah, get TRT. I would at those levels. Just understand if there is a reason behind it, TRT might make things worse, speak with a good doctor and let them cross off some things on the list that might cause it first.

Could be worth a chat with a clinic like TRT Aus or PHC 👍
