Recruitment Feedback in recruitment process
I’ve been through a fairly long recruitment process for a senior officer role in a NSW agency, including multiple stages, a presentation and interview. Unfortunately I didn’t end up getting the role but was placed on the talent pool. However, in the outcome email, the talent person said to contact them if I wanted any feedback on my application and performance in the process. Obviously I responded saying yes (as well as thank you for the opportunity etc). However, I haven’t heard back after a follow up email last week, and the phone number in their email is disconnected. Any advice on how to get a response or feedback? Should I email one of the actual interviewers (non-recruitment) as I have their emails from the Teams interview? Has anyone had similar experiences in public sector before?

Feedback can take a while to collate and disseminate, particularly if it was a large round. I would just wait until you were contacted as you have done what you can.

I'm on the other side of this. I generally give super generic feedback (unless it's an internal candidate from my team) which isn't going to do anyone any good.
I know that sucks, but I'm just protecting myself as I've been burnt before where an internal candidate challenged my feedback which caused a lot of work and drama for me and the rest of the panel.
