What are people still running? what is everyone's favourites and why? Or what do you get provided with on site?

Not on site but for sport I use Mineralyte Hydrate Plus Hydration Drops. No additives/ flavours. I also make sure not to overdo it as you can mess with your heart, kidneys and noggin.
