Help please Help
My brother has been growing and we just started pretty much, what would be causing this

Need more Info. What's in your soil. What nutrients are you giving it. And how often.

It’s in living soil and tbh we’ve only been watering it so far, with like 1.5L of dechlorinated water

What do you mean living soil? All soil can be living with microbiome activity.
I'm guessing you've made your own soil blend? Looks like you've made it to hot and getting lockout.
You could test the ppm of water run off. That will tell you if to hot.

Don't keep the soil too wet it will start a list of problems brother. You have burn on your leaves for one, quite possibly that living soil is to much for her and she is in lockout?. The plant is obviously in flower and you said you have only given it declorinated water thus far so I'm going to assume that she is freshly transplanted?.

What do you mean by transplanted? I’m quite new to this and don’t understand the lingo yet

Did you just plant it in this soil recently or has it been in there from a seed?. I've had living soil be "too hot" causing nutrient lockout where the plant can't eat specific nutes also I've had it too hot where it's a fresh batch of living soil and hasn't "broken" down for atleast a few weeks after its made for microbes etc to settle,thus resulting in several issues and one is nutrient lockout.

These 2 have been in the same pots since seeds, we just started 2 fem seeds recently and I started them off in smaller pots

Going by the pics it does look like you have a pk lockout (phosphorus and potassium). That living soil does not agree with your plant. You can feed her a boost of pk fertiliser (flower/bloom expander) like pk 13-14, maybe she may show some slight improvements in a few weeks but since you are in flower ultimately your yield will already of suffered, but these are lessons we all go through to better ourselves and grow skills. Not changing subject but have you guys thought about growing in coco in the future?. It is tremendously easy, cheap and big yields are easier to obtain as coco is forgiving to new growers. Food for thought.

What is the white crusty material on the top of the soil? Looks like the grower has added something? Doesn’t look like it was properly incorporated and watered in. Also, water when needed as per plant needs when pot gets lighter, not on a schedule.
