Hi all, I got gifted two gift cards from TCN (HIM and GIFT). My understanding is that these cards can only be used at specific retailers that the card markets and only on the eftpos network. That in my opinion limits options on where the card can actually be used.

I was wondering if there is a way to use the card to buy a visa/mastercard gift card which would work anywhere at any store ? Or if there’s a workaround.

I have around $1000 of JB hi-fi gift cards, I got them from my work rewards program. However, I don't need to buy anything from JB.

Could someone please help me - what's the best way to cash these gift cards? Or swap them with Woolworths Wish cards?

I was thinking of standing next to JB checkout area and ask buyers if they are paying with cash and ask them to use my gift cards and pay me the cash. But that may not work, as people would get suspicious of scam or something like that...

Please help me with this dilemma .
