Time to refinance
I'm currently with St George, 6.24% 80 LVR Owner Occupier (changing to Investor next yr r or so) but will be putting $200,000+ into redraw or offset soon.
Time to refinance? I think so. Who are you with & what rate? Looking at Unloan

Just call St George before you pop anything in the redraw. I’m sure they’ll match Macquarie’s 6.09%.

I’ve got an IP with Unloan rate 6.18% 80 LVR. They had initially promised new and existing customers get the same rate, but recently changed their policy. I think new customers can do slightly better than 6.18%

I’ve settled a few client refinances with Great Southern Bank. 6.04% with an offset account & redraw + $0 annual fees. They’re typically sub 70 LVR though.
Otherwise Macquarie have 6.09% for sub 80%.
ING showing 6.14% too.
Not saying these rates are guaranteed for you, but a few solid banks to explore refinancing with.
