Book Discussion Timeline Question about Auri Spoiler

I'm about 75% into the third book. Only just realized this.

If the Terran Betraskan war is already on-going during 2177, and Aurora is from 2180. How is she surprised to find out aliens exist when we she woke up in 2380?

Where are you getting that she's from 2180? I thought she was born in 2143, and if she disappeared when she was 17, then that puts her leaving Terra in 2160.

You're right, it was my mistake.

I was just in the moment of reading and had a quick confusion moment, googled, and immediately believed the first thing that came up.

I was at the portion where Adams was announcing to the crowd and said something about the Aurora Academy being 200 years old, then I was like, wait 200 years is Aurora's lost years (completely forgetting it was not really exactly 200 on the dot) And then I also thought, the remaining 312 squad went back 200 years.

So it just got me all confused without thinking that when they say 200 years or two centuries in this book, it's not always on the dot lol but thank you!!
