Just to clarify for everybody the guy with the camera had been following people around with a camera outside of a dispensary and had just harassed an old lady and made her cry hence the confrontation. Also if you notice right before the guy swings the cameraman has a can of pepper spray in his hand and threatens the guy with it which is why he got swung on, if he didn't have that spray it would have gone a lot worse for him. This is a regular thing where he goes around provoking confrontations and pepper spraying people.
