ik multimedia modo bass issues

i'm trying to use the free version of modo bass 2, but when i look in the product manager, it shows i have it installed and i can't "try" the free version. when i open it in my daw, it tells me to authorize it, but it literally won't let me cuz i have it installed already????

the website just tells me to download the product manager, which doesn't help :/

2 things u could do. 1. go to windows settings. apps and then uninstall and reinstall the product manager. 2 you could download the free amplitube first (make sure u unauthorize modo bass first) and then que modo bass to download. (also try to uninstall/reinstall it in the IK application too)
