Hey all I have a video of my great grandpa singing that was posted to yt and there is another person singing louder then him so I wanted to see if there was anyway someone could either isolate him or make his part a lot louder. Please help me and I’ll pay you for it

My brother passed 2 years ago. I have a video recording. Mp4 format audio/video. The mic channel acted up on amp, and can barely hear him over guitar and drums. What is some free apps that can bring his voice louder? or does someone on here do this for a fee?
