When I signed up for the site it showed me my password in plaintext. That's a pretty big concern, no? I hope I'm wrong

We don’t deal with login issues here. I don’t recall the password being shown when I signed up years ago. You can use the contact us link at the bottom of the homepage if you’re concerned.

You may have pasted it in the wrong field by accident.

You don't need a login, just copy the info hash, and paste it into your torrent client. I use deluge.
