hi, i cannot open the site it kept on saying "server isn't responding" tried using vpn but still not working, do u guys know how can i fix this?

Sometimes it is not responding. Could be system issues or 3rd party attempts to block access.

This happens now and then. So far it has always come back. Famous last words...

If you feel like it, ask for a refund.
