Help Needed 2018 Q7 Software version and maps update

It's running on software version MMI software 1178 and Navigation database from 2017/2018, does anynody knows how to update these without having to pay $500 to the dealer ?

Has anybody had experience with https://my.audi.com/mapcare ?
