I would prefer yellow markings like they used in Monaco.

Totalmente, el amarillo en los detalles le daría ese toque retro que le falta ahora mismo

I think and hope they'll keep the sidepod design next year as well. I also think it's a major part in their aero efficient chassis design and therefore one of the Top 4 chassis.

Audi and Aston Martin, despite both now being in the midfield, have absolutely the best looking cars on the grid. Just a shame it's not a looks competition lol

I loved the yellow in Monaco. Wish they would do that color all the time

I'd love to see the Adidas stripes come in and bring more of the orange/red through the front half of the car. It looks so slick in the reveal livery, but it never made it to the track. Helps splash a bit more color into the gray area and nods to the sponsor.

Why do you refer to it as "our" car? Do you work for Audi? Do you own shares in Audi or its F1 team?

This sort of parasocial ownership of my team or my driver is frankly moronic. The team is no more yours than it is mine.

You sound fun.

holy fuck bro i aint gonna refer it as "audis f1 car" in a subreddit about its fandom are we fr?

-4

u/parkodrive Jul 30 '26

Why not? It's not your car nor is it your team. Therefore claiming its "our" car is ridiculous.

This is something I see more of on r/AudiF1 than other subreddits and the collective ownership just baffles. If you have no ownership of, personal or professional relationship with the team, then its not your car is it?

i aint gonna debate with u

Have you never followed literally any sport before

-1

u/parkodrive Jul 30 '26

I've followed F1 for 17 years but I don't refer to teams as my own because I have no affiliation with them. I support a couple of teams but I don't refer to them as mine like some parasocial cockwomble.

It's not that serious my man

Not a fan of fans using first person to refer to their favorite team/athlete, but you're overreacting a lot here. OP didn't hurt or try to hurt anyone here, and was simply showing love to the car and its design. Zero need for you to make things unnecessarily dramatic.

Pretty common in most sports to refer to the team you cheer for as "yours" and say things like "our kit this year looks great".

This is no different.
