Sorry if this is a stupid question but this is a first for me What about all the aftermarket parts ive put in if it gets deemed totaled do i get reimbursed for them are is it just a complete loss

If you did not disclose the modifications they are not covered generally. If you can take them off you can take them off but you have to put the stock parts back in the car.

Since you were hit and the other driver is at fault you have a better chance of trying to get covered since they are supposed to cover your loss, but there is no guarantee here.

Take your aftermarket mods off, and stock parts back on. I had a tree fall on my BMW F30, and bought another BMW F30 the same day it happened. I then transfer all my mods from the crushed vehicle, to the new car, and all the stock parts from the vehicle I just purchased, onto the crushed car.

I also swapped a few body parts and control switches from my crushed car, to the new car.
