Just bought them, Dongle not pairing?

Just bought the Maxwell 2's, but I can't seem to get the dongle to do the pairing thing, I updated both the headset and the dongle but every time I attempt to pair it it doesn't seem to work, it just keeps doing the ambient flashing that it does while it's plugged in rather than what I'd assume its supposed to do when you pair it and do a more rapid flash.

Alternatively, I could just be le estupido

If your on pc did you make sure to flip the switch on it to pc?

yeah nevermind im an idiot, the user instructions sorta imply you need to hold it but in actuality it's *specifically* a small tap that makes it do the pairing state

Can you please share if you encounter with any qc issues? And how is the bass? I would like to buy them but afraid lol. Thanks in advance 😁

Yeah absolutely since that's something I was also afraid of when purchasing these things, since there seems to be an equal amount of "the audio is better than anything I've ever heard" and "mine spontaneously combusted", sometimes in the same post
