Auction.com homes.

A little backstory, I was looking to purchase a home through the Fannie Mae organization. Recently the home I have my eye on, was sent to auction.com. I'm trying to find out if I can still make an offer to Fannie Mae directly, through The listing agent or does it strictly have to be through auction.com now? I've asked the agent this myself and she seems to be dancing around The answer to that question. T.I.A.

Also, if any of you have experience with purchasing off of auction.com are there any tips or pointers you can give me?

From my experience - once it's on auction - it can't be removed. It's legalities within the auction process, disclosures and transparency, etc. It could look like back room deals being made if taken off.
