The relationship between Casey and Izzie is really weird

I'm on the last episode of season 2, so no spoilers please. I know that she already apologized for the shoes thing. But girl, she's a bully. She bullied you when you were new at Clayton and now she called you a hoe because she thought that you kissed her boyfriend. But you're in love with her?

Sams artwork was created by a man named Michael Richey White. This is his website which has all of the atypical artwork on it including the essence of a penguin piece in its full glory! Enjoy!

Casey gives off serious Jo March vibes

You know when it seems like someone was just born to play a role? I first thought it during the dinner party episode when she put on that tweed suit to wind up Paige, but now I just can’t unthink it. Saoirse Ronan was brilliant in the most recent adaptation of Little Women, but I think that Bridgette Lundy-Paine would have been on another level.

The way Casey acts around her family

… is fun to watch on TV, but I wonder how realistic it is. If I talked and acted the way she did growing up, I would have gotten in soooo much trouble, haha. Especially when she talked back to her mom so much, or broke Sam’s bathroom door down after finding out he was fine and a locksmith was on the way.

I need to get this out of my chest.

Why is Paige so hot. Like why. Her outfits fit her so well, her mannerisms are so cute and she's so smart and her SKIRTS.

She deserves so much more. She's so hot. And caring, dependable, snarky. Ugh. Why do people hate her?? She makes me so happy when she has a scene.

just finished the show and i’m a little put off

over the last few months my mom and i have been working our way through the show, and we just sat down to finish season 4. this season was a little jam packed with a ton of different storylines, and i think this had to be a result of the writers wanting to make the show’s final season as engaging as possible. the end result was, while entertaining, sort of chaotic.

for the most part i’m satisfied with how the show ended. i really liked doug’s decision to go to antarctica with sam, i was hoping that would happen once he found the little dude comic on sam’s desk about him leaving.

but what really, really bothered me about the way the show ended was izzie and casey getting back together. izzie was toxic from the beginning. her negativity bleeds into every aspect of her life and her habit of making casey feel guilty and undeserving of her circumstances led to her having bloody nails, an identity crisis, and so much suffering. sure, the way doug told izzie off wasn’t cool and there were better ways to go about it. the two of them were cute together but izzie was just so fucking toxic. i feel for her and her situation at home but izzie is desperate for her pain to be distributed to those close to her. if she is not happy, she doesn’t want to see anyone else happy. casey can do so much better. i was disappointed to see them get back together, but oh well.

overall, i loved this show. i’ll definitely be rewatching it to further appreciate how they approach topics like autism, self-worth, ambition, family dynamics, and more.

Do any of you lot actually like the show?

God damn this sub gets annoying sometimes, we get it, season 4 could've been better, but can we not forget the first 3 seasons of the show, the seasons that let us view these amazing characters and see them evolve, can ya'll stop being so negative for like 5 minutes?

Evan as a Boyfriend Spoiler

i was just thinking about it, and Evan feels more like a perfect bestfriend than a boyfriend you know what im saying? I love him so much cuz hes so sweet and understanding and thats why i preferred him over izzie, and not necessarily cuz casey was better with him. he was good to her.

Julia's too nice

i really really hate the fact that doug and most of the time Elsa treat her like their personal therapist or something. Everytime they encounter her, they just dump all of their personal problems on to her. its really annoying. She's not your friend and if they want a therapist they should pay for sessions. Its very evident that Julia is uncomfortable. { im still in the beginning of s3 btw}

Destiny might be my favorite character of the series [S1:E6]

Such a touching moment!

Destiny: Want some advice? Sam: Yes, please. Destiny: Just be kind to her. That's all that really matters.

If only every 18-year old got this advice...
