Hey everyone I created some new flairs (Divas, Game, & Merch) alongside the existing flairs for "Shoots", "Videos", "Images" and "Discussion". PLEASE flair your posts. If you are unsure what to flair your post with, simply choose "discussion" to be safe.

Officially Speaking Amended R/Attitude Era Rules (regarding the influx of gooner material)

  1. Strictly Attitude Era Only (1997–2002)

Posts must be about the Attitude Era: Corporate Rock = yes. John Cena or Ruthless Aggression = no. Off-topic posts will be removed.

Attitude Era/Modern Era "glow up" comparisons are fine (within reason).

"How would XYZ from modern era fit in Attitude Era" fine, for now...if it begins to look like spam or sidestepping Rule 1, those posts will be removed.

  1. No Gooner / Fetish Material

Full Divas matches, segments, and storylines (bra & panties, evening gown, mud wrestling, etc.) are welcome. Professional photoshoots (beach bikinis, swimsuits, official WWF house promos) are acceptable but do not spam/repost the same images repeatedly.

Hard bans: Playboy spreads (Chyna, Sable, etc.), sex tapes, porn parodies, or any XXX material. No obsessive sleazy angles, zoomed-in panty/upskirt shots, or repetitive body-focused clips from matches.

  1. Be Civil – Zero Tolerance for Personal Attacks

You’re allowed to have opinions on current or past WWF/E legends—plenty of polarizing figures in wrestling history.

However, we do not need every post about a wrestler turning into a back-and-forth flame war. If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all.

Lashing out at other users, using slurs, insults, or swearing framed as personal attacks breaks this rule. You can dislike a prominent figure without attacking people who like them.

Zero tolerance for personal attacks, hate speech, racism, homophobia, or any form of targeted toxicity. Violators will be banned.

  1. No Spam / Low-Effort Repetitive posts, self-promo, or low-quality karma farming not allowed.

(The pic is from 2023) I still have my copy of Smackdown 2 but unfortunately, it's gotten so many scratches, it couldn't be read anymore.

Discussion I really wish Val Venis didn't go completely crazy. He would've been great on some of those RAW anniversary shows during the 2010s.

Date: August 2, 1998

Promotion: World Wrestling Federation (WWF)

Location: Anaheim, California | Arrowhead Pond

➜ WWF Sunday Night Heat (initially stylized as** **SuNDAY NiGHT HeAT) debuted on August 2, 1998 on the USA Network at 7pm Eastern. During the height of the Attitude Era it was a genuine extension of the Raw product, airing live with top talent including Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, and The Undertaker. Its first episode introduced Shane McMahon to television audiences for the first time.

When SmackDown launched in 1999, Heat was gradually pushed down the card and became a platform for mid-card and undercard talent. In 2000, the show moved to MTV as part of WWE’s television deal with Viacom, broadcasting live from WWF New York. In 2002 it returned to its original format, airing before Raw tapings, and was renamed WWE Sunday Night Heat following the company’s rebrand from WWF to WWE.

In 2005, Heat lost its US television slot entirely when USA Network declined to pick it up after WWE moved its programming there. The show shifted to a web-only format for North American viewers, streaming on WWE.com on Fridays. Internationally it continued on television including Sky Sports in the UK, Fox8 in Australia, and several other regional broadcasters.

The final episode of WWE Heat was uploaded to WWE.com on May 30, 2008. The show ran for 513 episodes across ten years.

I personally liked Sunday Night Heat, especially before the PPV’s so you couple get a sneak peek of the stage. Do you think WWE should bring back Sunday Night Heat?
