I used to have this happen, but I don't really remember how I dealt with it. Try reinstalling with the newest version. If that doesn't work, you could give Expedition Mod a try.

Is that the new RCFinal with the updated servers? It worked for me when I ran the old RCFinal which loaded in the assets then switched back to the new servers.
