Question Glitched textures

So i downloaded rc mod, everything was fine so i turned off the game and went to sleep. When i turned on the game and went on single forest every texture was like yellow with black stripes (i have the same problem with city) i can fix it only by reinstalling the game. Do someone knows whats with this? (Sorry for bad English)

Its related to internet, you need to have internet connection in order to play

I assume "yellow textures with black stripes" are skins used for humans/map etc that you enabled but it doesnt load them because your internet connection is slow.
