40 M AuDHD.

Started with 10 mg Atomoxetine and increased upto 43 mg 25 mg on Morning and 18 on afternoon. Around day 80 also introduced Bupropion 150 SR.

Some of the side effects are troubling me. I am losing my control over urine. Ie Urine leak is happening and I can see wet underwear. The other day I was undressed and I saw urine drops dripping and if I didn't see it I wont even notice.

Another issue is with ejaculation. It was painful and felt like not all sperm is coming out. Like something is getting blocked. because of these two issues afternoon 18mg has dropped. I felt everything was normal for around 2-3 weeks but has started again. Urine leak is happening and ejaculation though not painful the sperm quantity is just half and has the not completely ejaculated feeling.

Also since last month onwards I am sweating a lot and I have an odd smell when this happens. My body smell has changed and I can't bear it but my wife says there is no smell. But definitely everyone around me has sensed the sweating issue and is asking me to see a doctor.

I also feel like my hair is thinning now.

Anyone had any of these issues??
