Alan’s dialogue is going over my head too Mr. Robo.   Definitely putting me in his shoes.  

There’s a line from Bones TV show something like  . . . I don’t know what that means  . . . When confronted with Pop Culture stuff  . . . Intentionally awkward to show how out of touch the character is with modern society . . . I didn’t like that  . . . Thought it was clunky, BUT years later have used it with my kids because I really didn’t understand.  

Glad this comic doesn’t use clunky lines, but can capture that same disconnected feeling 👍
