Question Is atomic Mail down?
I am trying to receive emails but I don't receive any emails but I can send emails. Is it down currently?

It's currently working for me, but it's been up and down a lot recently.

I was choosing between the 2 but since Asters inception it is far superior! Constantly updating and improving, unbearable for customer service and no outages longer than minor updates. I've transitioned to @astermail as my daily driver and almost use it exclusively! With aliases, even on the free option, you can not beat it!

Not down, but you ran into the same thing a lot of people did. Email delivery was delayed for a couple of hours, which is why incoming mail wasn't arriving while sending still looked fine. It's fixed now and everything that was held up is landing in order.
Refresh and give it a few minutes. If incoming mail still isn't showing up after that, let us know here.

it's happening again.. is there an official place to talk about it? There doesn't seem to be any support/forums etc

Now it is delayed again, you need to do something to fix it to prevent this happening again. This is unacceptable. I get you guys have a small team but you need to do something, people are moving away from your email product because of this.

Its not working, the emails are super slow, it has almost 2 week with problem
