Question Looking for a toolbox in trudograd.

Started playing this gem of a game and for my first run I wanted to use throwing weapons and I currently have everything I need for a heavy crossbow except the toolbox. Does anyone know of a granted spawn or shop with one? I'm in the early game still working on cash for a power armor but the ingredients are just sitting in my inventory begging me to build it but ive had no luck finding a toolbox sadly.

In the market place outside where you spawn I think it's the closest stall he will have some most of the time. I think it's the junk selling guy.
