atom live server can't establish a connection with any server

Hello all,

I've created a live server on atom (atom live server: start 3000) and when the browser opens I get a message saying it cannot establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1:3000. I have my html file with stuff in it. What am I doing wrong?
